R4 Ministry Strategy
Our Three Pillars of Ministry
Evangelism
- At the heart of our ministry is a city-wide Good News Festival where we gather the local churches to boldly proclaim the Gospel and reach the lost.
- We also equip every follower of Jesus to be engaged in personal evangelism, building relationships with the lost, and praying for those in their life who don’t know Christ. We call this our Ambassador For Christ class.
One-On-One Discipleship
- We follow Jesus' example of empowering believers through relational one-on-one discipleship.
-
We are committed to follow-up with those who are saved through our Great Commission efforts.
We have a strategy to help churches connect with new believers so that they become disciples who multiply.
Prayer
- We equip believers to be revived in their personal prayer life.
- We help the local church leaders to develop a church-wide prayer strategy where believers gather together to pray for the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
- We unite the local churches to gather together for city-wide prayer for revival.
Core Values
- The Great Commission: We believe every church, every pastor, and every believer has a calling to help fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).
- The Gospel: We believe that the Gospel is the power of God which transforms lives and brings eternal life (Romans 1:16). R4 will unashamedly share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with every opportunity we are given. We will not compromise on the Gospel and we will seek to keep the Gospel at the center of every work we do.
- The Word of God: We believe the Word of God is inspired by God, without error, and sufficient for eternal life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3). We will make every effort share God’s Word in faithfulness and truth.
- Evangelism: We believe that God desires to empower the Church to do the work of evangelism and save sinners. We are committed to empowering the local church to share the Gospel. (Mark 16:15, Acts 1:8, 2 Corinthians 5:20)
- Discipleship: We believe that God’s heart is to not just see decisions, but disciples made from every nation. We are committed to personally doing one-on-one discipleship and seeing the Church equipped to make disciples where they will grow in the Word of God, prayer, evangelism together. (Matthew 28:19-20, 2 Timothy 2:1-2)
- Prayer: We believe that prayer is at the core of every effort to see the Great Commission fulfilled. Every meeting, every training, every event, every effort will be rooted in prayer (Acts 1:4-5, Acts 1:14, Acts 2:1)
- The Local Church: We believe that God desires to use the local Church and pastors as the primary means for fulfilling the Great Commission (Ephesians 4:11-12). Therefore, we commit to working with the local Church in all of our efforts.
- Commitment: We are highly committed to making followers of Jesus Christ who will fulfill the Great Commission no matter what the cost (Matthew 10:38-39).
- Faithfulness: We are committed to preaching and teaching the uncompromising truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and God’s Word no matter what the cost (Acts 20:24).
- Unity: We will work to the best of our ability, without compromising the truth of God’s Word or the Gospel, to unite the Church of Jesus Christ to fulfill the Great Commission (John 17:23).
- Growth: We believe that SPIRITUAL growth should be our primary objective, then numerical growth. Quality, then Quantity (2 Peter 3:18).
- Accountability: We believe in managing finances with integrity, transparency, and responsibility to foster trust, ensure ethical practices, and support sustainable long-term success (Luke 16:10-11).
